Setting themselves apart
I love how this place has the cheapest concentrate and cartridge deals in town off the rip unless you were to buy in bulk somewhere else. I also really love how they have a separate desk for online orders. I hate waiting in line at other places behind walk in customers with no order when it had been ready for hours. Real spiffy building the inside very clean and organized looking. Excited for the future of NOXX!

My Go To Dispo
I've been to 100s of dispos all over the country over the past decade. This one has to be in the top 10 for sure. Very reliable as far as a variety of quality. I've been going here for close to 6 months, once a week to every other week depending on what I grab, so I felt like I should write an honest review. **this review goes for cookies downtown as well** I love the fact that they will let me smell, shine a light on, look at (all while they hold the bag, understandable) and let me do that with multiple multiple items until I find exactly what I want and I have never felt rushed. The budtenders also have good recommendations if you give them some hints on what you are looking for. Thier loyalty program is top notch, just make sure any recommendations you do use your code when they sign up. Hope this helps, happy shopping

From Saginaw and the experience was great compared to other dispensaries in Grand Rapids. The atmosphere was great, y’all had rap music playing. My cashier Olivia was extremely helpful and really nice. 10/10 recommend.

The dispensary has good smoke but the explanation of the rewards wasn’t explained to me as far as the referral. I had a friend go into the shop for the first time but I didn’t know I had to send a link to my friend in order to get a discount. Very disappointed in the process because now I missed out and I don’t think that’s fair.

They stopped doing the 99$ oz of flower. The new 125$ oz aren't even as good as the old 99$. What happened? Been like this for months now.

I love the buds and the selections that I received from your beautiful dispensary but…..that strain was just that a “nightmare “ and I was so disappointed when I bought it! I just hope that if I run into that situation in the future with Noxx that you will make it right. I bought an oz and it was terribly weed never even turned to ash, white ash, lol. Glad to see it’s not on the menu either.

For a company with such potential they have a very weak and lame selection of products. If your not providing me with discreet, creative, pleasurable, hassle-free service and product what are you doing? Smookin? Their budtender Jasmine stripped me of $15 in rewards two nights ago and left me with a b******t strawberryfields cart they had. Clowns. I'm serious about my recreation, sensitive information and money spent. This establishment obviously isn't. Thanks for nothing. I will not be a returning customers.

Terrible Management and Service
I remember a time when I was at the cash register about to check out and I while I was indecisive on what I wanted to get. The man who was cashing me out looked annoyed. And there were lots of people working there. Like lots. More than you normally see in other dispensaries. I also applied and had a great interview. But no one followed up with me about the status of my application. I tried calling 2-3 times about the status of my application and they said they would get back to me but never did. They lied. And they also said to email info@noxx.com. So I proceeded to do so and I also emailed the person who had set up the interview. No one ever responded. They then sent automated emails out about how they received over 1000s of applications. Therefore they will have a hiring fair. Which is stupid in my opinion. Everyone who applied an had interviews deserves a job more than someone who just shows up to a hiring fair. Especially when the jobs are not rocket science.

Not a good vibe
This was my first time here and it's not what I thought it would be. Security made it very inviting during check in. Once in the store I was shuffled around between 3 employees. The employee that gave me my product didn't give me any options and just chose something for me. I had questions about the product but he kept talking to other employees. I felt like he was rushing to cash me out. He handed me off to another employee who also seemed rushed. He took the time to answer my questions and got me the actual product I came in for. This was not the vibe I was looking for.

Inconsistent Management
If you say you're open until 9pm don't turn people away at 851pm - it's extremely unprofessional and the manager working on May 24th, 2023 should be ashamed. Folks with pickup orders were walking right in but a gentleman trying to quickly shop was turned away. I believe his words were "I'm done with Noxx" as the Security Guard uncomfortably told the man he couldn't come inside at 851pm.

nice new store, but there are some kinks that need to be worked out. got 2 ozs and 2 1/8ths, spent $250. signed up for rewards, budtender didn't add rewards so I didn't get points OR discounts I should have. called to try and fix it, and they were not helpful at all.

Order messed up
I used to shop here regularly, but I won't be bothering again. Yesterday I made an order online. 5 minutes later, the order was confirmed by text. I drove all the way down busy 28th and when I arrive, they rudely tell me to choose something else because they can't fulfill my simple 2 item order. When I complained about my messed up order and was indecisive, the budtender went in the back. Next, some "manager" who didn't even really introduce himself came out being aggressive and argumentative to pick something new or get out. This manager was very disrespectful - for example casually swearing and raising his voice. He told me that the store just get a bunch of prepacks sent to them in the mail from corporate HQ. The manager never apologized for the messed up order, instead he had an attitude of pick something else or get out and acted like I was a nuisance. After consistently shopping here a while, I feel that this company actively engages in bait and switch false advertising. Meaning that they list a whole bunch of good deals on their website but when you arrive to pick up your confirmed order they tell you that they've already sold out of that item.
