staff need to learn to give them self's a 5 to breathe feel like some how they over di them self's which I don't see hie they can wen they work where they do....
I went to this dispensary a few days ago. I don't remember the time of day but I lucked out and was the only customer there. Every bud tender was friendly and they were quick to help me. They even remembered me and were very quick to offer extra great service to make up for a bad visit in the past. I was given an amazing price for the bud I got which after smoking it, turned out to be better than I expected. I have had a few days now to try the weed and the I particularly like the indica strain I got. The sativa was definitely good but the indica strain was absolutely great. It was potent and both fast acting and long lasting. It tasted pure without any chemical taste and smoked to a nice white ash. I don't remember the strain names and don't have the bottles beside me at the moment otherwise I would indicate which ones they were. On my way out of the dispensary, I accidentally dropped something important without realizing but an observant budtender was quick to notice and alert me. I am very pleased with both the customer service I received here and the quality of the weed. Also, they are open very late which is a huge benefit to me as often it is the only time of day I have to go shop there. I always feel safe there no matter how late it is and am definitely looking forward to my next visit soon.

as a weekly customer for nearly three years, I have to say I find the negative reviews.. hard to believe, to say the least. I have never been treated with anything but smiles and friendly attitudes, the budtenders are educated. their recomondations are considerate of what I need and what I need to avoid. when weighing, the number is displayed visibly on the screen, and with a neutral weight of '0', you know you're getting exactly what they pay for.
All the other dispensaries I've seen pale in comparrison to this storefront, in both selection, quality and cleanliness, and I look forward to continuing my relationship with this business!
There are great staff and always hook me up when I go in there. Love these guys! I drive frome the Mtns all the way to them when I buy buds.
I drove all the wayfrom downtown Denver and went to 3 nearby dispensaries that all said they were open til midnight but actually weren't. So imagine how elated I was when I pulled up and saw a brightly illuminated Open sign at 11:51pm. I park and walk up, but before I could put my hands on the door knob it quickly was switched off and when I knocked I was met t the door by an overly aggressive girl with gauges and a really bad attitude that scolded me through the glass like I was some fllprilinsg me that they were closed as if I that wasn't something that was just declared seconds prior. I don't think I'll ever try this place is that's the way they treat people

Unfortunately, sometimes we do have to close the line a few minutes early because of the volume already inside the store so that customers may complete their current transactions before midnight, however that is no excuse for the treatment you received. I've been coming here since NLC started selling Rec. It's a nice bike ride from Golden to here and it's one of the closest Rec. Disp. near me. I've always let their "we were first in Co" for Rec. sales slide, as the official record shows another dispensary with that honor, and their bud was good. I've always given them the benefit of the doubt. But, after recently getting lied to about THC level, weighed out a quarter gram short , the crappy customer service, etc. I'm done with this place.
It seems recently with some law changes they switched over to having mostly wholesale weed. I wondered why. It seems they did it because all their house strains are Hermaphrodite. Here are the strains I've gotten that are Hermies over multiple batches, Ace of spades, Wreckage, Sour Diesel, Kaboom, Timewreck, Jillybean and Vortex. I asked a sleepy eyed girl budtender about the hermed stuff and her reply was "that's the way it is ". Great customer service. I've also gotten empty containers with no weed from other tenders and had to drive back to get my bud.
That being said, I do like some of the tenders, some of the bud is good and tasty but after 3 fudging times of crappy service, not because of Hermie bud, I'll take my money elsewhere. You can only forgive a merchant so many times.
Hi Ixnay, I'm extremely sorry to hear about your negative experience with us! We pride ourselves on providing great customer service so we take it very seriously when we receive a complaint, especially from a long time customer. Due to new testing regulations, we have been carrying quite a bit of wholesale strains so that we can still provide a wide variety of product while ours are tied up in testing. Also, due to some environmental issues in our grow facility for a short period of time (beyond our control and which have since been corrected), some batches were caused to "herm" which is why we typically offer those batches at a discounted price. Unfortunately, this does happen and your budtender should have explained that to you when you asked. I apologize that she did not provide you with a substantial answer and we will certainly be addressing that internally. As far as being shorted a quarter of a gram, we weigh out every purchase in front of the customers so that there is no question, so this concerns us.
