Piatella (or Piattella) is a specific type of cold-cured bubble hash. Unlike standard rosin which uses heat, Piatella is made by vacuum-sealing high-quality "full-melt" 6-star ice water hash and aging it at low temperatures (40-50°F). This process: Creates a unique, butter-like texture that is firm enough to slice like bread. Preserves a high concentration of terpenes, often resulting in a "sweating" appearance of oils on the hash surface.
