Ok so first I was offered a deal from Weedmaps for nirvana saying 8th of cookies for 12.50. But when I get there they tell me “nah it’s not an 8th, it’s just two pre rolls for the same price.” Annoying but still not a bad deal. (Problem is This is the 3rd time where a miscommunication between Weedmaps and nirvana has drastically changed or negatively affected my order.) I digress I take my order and fu** off. To come get home that what was supposed to be this diamonds in sauce. Was mislabeled and I was given a diamonds pre melted 510 cart that I can’t can’t even use and cost me a stupid amount. 3 strikes in my first week n half

I will never be back to this dispensary. They wanna blame weed maps for bad pricing and will not honor our prices, but offered me 40% off if I still wanted it too many other dispensaries in this area to mess around with somebody who’s not gonna honor their prices.

False Advertisement

Online says 3.5g of flower for $12.80 I purchased two, bringing me to about 30 bucks They gave me two 1g prerolls instead…. And when I addressed the issues I ended up leaving with ONLY One 3.5g flower & 1g preroll PLUS I had to pay 13$ extra…. Not coming back here… I paid 30 bucks for 7gs Not over 40+ for 4.5… Such a rip off and then i chatted with support both weed maps and nirvana and neither could help just blaming each other for false advertisement … no refund.. no honoring what they have posted… no credits.. absolutely nothing.. -10/10 for me.. Absolutely Not satisfied, Not to mention this is only my second time ever using weedmaps and first time going to nirvana .. :(

My number one dispensary! The people are so nice every time. Great conversation and beautiful renovation! Love the artwork! Gain a lot of loyalty points fast. They have the best selection around and great sales. They never turned me away coming home late from work close to their closing time. I’ve had a dispensary locally turn me away with a pre order 10 mins prior to closing. Nirvana would never! Letting everyone know where to go!
