Never fulfilled?
I arrived 60 minutes after I placed my order and got inside and went to the online desk and they couldn’t find my order, my bud tender went to the back to check and was back there for 20 minutes before coming back and telling me it was never done so he had to do it, then took another 15 minutes to get a manager to get my discounts that hadn’t been applied and just overall bad experience. No one apologized or offered and condolence.

Menus are completely different
Online and store menus are completely different for some crazy reason. Have NEVER seen that at any other dispensary in the nation. Drove an hour was told nothing I ordered was in stock. Employee even supposedly went to check in back. Was gone 15 minutes and came back and said nothing I ordered was available. Got almost all the way home and got a notification my order was ready. Turned around drove all the way back and got most of what I ordered with no apology or explanation as to what happened. I questioned how this could happen and was told about the different menus and blah blah blah blah. Been here 3 times been an issue every single time. Don't recommend at all. Go to any of the other many options that are honest and take customer service seriously.
