Shady upcharge on cash

I paid cash for my product and was informed they don’t take change and round up my cash to the next dollar . How the eff is that legal? Why are you charging me to use cash? I filed a compliant with their state licensing board and I’ll never return . The cashier was crappy to me too. So look for negative reviews for this POS hole on every website . Buyer beware

Amazing place great people

They do dispense different. They have a room you can meditate and get your mind and body right. No other dispensaries have that love it. And if there was not Illinois tax the prices would be great

Seen a lot of bad reviews that didn’t make sense on here so decided to make one as a regular.The prices are normal for Illinois.The budtenders are great I forgot their name but two gentleman with long hair always help me above and beyond! I’ve tried a bunch of new strains and found some new favorites! They have a bunch of cool events on holidays too!!

Namaste has great hours and I never have to wait. Alex is awesome! He is so knowledgeable about the products and always has a smile on his face. The store offers a lot of cool glassware, paraphernalia and accessories. They accept med cards and prices I feel are reasonable. They also have daily specials! I also appreciate that this dispensary is closer to my home than the others. Will be back!!!

The staff here is wonderful no doubt! I can’t seem to recall names atm but the young man with curly hair is extremely knowledgeable if you ever need help finding what you like or need. The main take away at Namaste is the lack of communication/signage to their customers (especially new ones.) They have a “change-less” policy that many are unfamiliar with. They round up/down the dollar (E.G: if it’s .30¢ or more it’s rounded up; $12.30 would just be $13 or $12.25 would be $12) They have a small bell with no signage so you may run into a snarky security member who may not understand that the lack of signage makes it difficult for customers to know how their business operates. Their website is extremely faulty and misleading as pricing and sales are incorrect. Buyer just be aware. Regardless they have a lot of great products and sales, every now and then.

Mislabeled products and High Prices

Do not go there - the prices are more than nearby dispensaries and have gone up recently while the daily specials have diminished. The focus on 'wellness' should be on the product (WEED) not about Schwag and Accessories. People aren't going there to align their chakra, they want reasonably priced product in correctly labeled packages.

Overpriced shitty weed

I am from California, but was expecting dispensaries here to have decent weed. I spent $45 on an 8th and it sucks. This would be maybe $10 in California. Or $5. I’m not sure they would even sell weed this low quality. I wish I could get my money back, total rip off.
