Have been going to Mystic since the first day they opened. Have never once had a bad experience. I'm a vape guy and every once in a while, you will get the defective cartridge. Not....NOT their faults. Unlike most other places, they do their best to make sure you walk out of there happy and satisfied. Ask me how I know....

Has always this trip was amazing. They was out of the ozone product that I was getting but the bartender tennis got me another ozone product that was better and made my whole price cheaper this isn't a medical facility but they sure do take care of the medical patients thank you like always

This is definitely my go-to spot. Not only is it just right up the road but from the moment I walk in the door I'm treated like family the staff is very knowledgeable about the products and they have such a great selection

False Advertising & No Communication Start by saying I have Placed 39 orders at this location since they opened in July of 2023. The level of unprofessionalism they exhibited today is unmatched and I wont be back. Go to Bud and Rita's in Forsyth instead. Placed an order at 2:30 PM today( 2/13/25) and was told it was ready at 3:30 PM. Drove 60 miles round trip — not a single item(of 4) I ordered was in stock. No substitutes at the advertised price. They offered two “similar” items for $10 more. Their explanation: “Someone should have called.” This was a promotion over 50% off, so it felt misleading. Confirming the order as ready without notifying the customer is unacceptable. Wasted time, gas, and trust. Warning: Check inventory before driving. Poor communication and misleading promotions make this a frustrating experience.

What a blessing to central Illinoi

I go to Decatur every couple months to visit my best friends. I stop at this dispensary EVERY TIME. I was just there, wife and I were headed back home from a long bike trip and it happened to be the 2 ye anniversary. The staff, the vibe, the energy and all the vendors… it was a pleasant surprise and we got way more than we anticipated and loved every bit of it! Thank you for helping me break my cartridge to fix it! 😂

I really like the new store . Very appealing and well set . I would definitely like to see a loyalty program added . Also deals ? You have a great thing going there . Wonderful budtenders and overall great experience, but the website needs fixed or something … the amount difference from website to store is recreational tax but it would have been nice to know before I got there how much cash I needed . Card of course no problem . . love the great products you have but didn’t know you had so many till I got there .. I would definitely revamp website. you are on a great start .. great location, really nice staff , great products.. I will come back .

Mystic Greenz is a great little dispensary right outside of Decatur. From the security guard to the bud tenders, everyone is really nice, the bud tender are awesome and know a little bit about pot, havnt really seen an inhouse expert on any of my trips. The store needs to have more sales like the dispensaries in Springfield to keep people from traveling a little farther for better deals. The dispensary app is terrible, do yourself a favor and use the Weedmaps app to make your order from the dispensary it’ll save you a lot of headache. I also think that instore purchases should be counted towards the loyalty program by scanning or adding the reciept information. I have made a lot of orders online or through Weedmaps to get to the dispensary to have to have the bud tender place my order al over again, which means I don’t get loyalty points. Can’t wait for the new grow facility!

The last 6 times me or my husband orders online it says it IS available just to get to the store to have to spend another 30 minutes picking out things that were actually there in the store. Its a 30 min. Drive for us. Ruined our last night out dinner plans. Think we're getting exactly what we wanted to end up with some half a. b.s. not happy at all!!
