Love This Place But I Was Shorted.
I bought an oz of the Platinum Glue and it was 2 grams short. The only reason I put it on the scale was bc it seemed short. I've never had this issue until now. Please fix this.

Bait n Switch or genuine error?
I ordered live resin, got a text that it was in fact cured resin, the alternative offered was almost 20$ more. I did find a more suitable option, but would dearly have liked the item advertised. One member of staff seemed particularly knowledgabe compared to the other budtender(s). Very clean and pleasant, huge private parking lot, which is just as well , the neighborhood is a little "rough".

I’ve been going to the OZ in Ypsilanti since their open. Excited for them to grow I visited the Detroit location, upon arrival the bud tender was very misinformed on her deals and products. So much so she had to get her manager to answer our questions. The manager at that point over charged us on our deal. They were listed at 3/25$ we were charged 12$ per. She at that pointed argued with us until pulling out her deal sheet and realized she mistaken the product for another product. All was fixed and good. However if your bud tender and manager do not know the menu and deals I find that a huge issue.
