Online order, product was wrong.. manager offered no solution.. I told them I’d pay for an upgraded product they offered none.. solution was go to another place and buy a battery for your product.. I wasted $10 on a tip.. no more business from me.. bad staff including manager…
It’s rare for me to take time to write reviews and I’ve almost never left bad ones. First time here, there were no deals and the budtender,which I don’t recall her name, was not helpful at all almost like I was bothering her by coming in to buy weed. I was the only customer in there and whenever I’d ask questions I got super short answers. I asked where the prerolls were and she just says over there and points me down the row of cabinets to where I just put end up looking in each one to find them. I almost walked out without buying anything because the attitude/personality of my bud tender was so bad.

I love this place! It was my first time going to a dispensary in OC since we are from SF, we are vacationing here in Newpot Beach and I was worried it would be expensive since it's in the city, but I was pleasantly surprised by the prices and quality of service.
