Mercy Cotati is my go too, everyone is so very welcoming, very friendly, but today I accidentally parked at the wrong spot & I apologized to the front person for parking at the pick up, & all I got from her it’s okay don’t park there again or else, like really? So I spoke to an associate he said it was okay to park there.

1st time they got my order wrong this year. Worked just the same but a little less chocolate than expected. I will be back tonight for more😁

Hey folks I believe that this dispensary is actually really good. The only thing that I have a problem with is just the wait time. Originally a mercy had a number system that allowed med patients and rec patients to be rung up differently. That has changed, as there is now a new name calling system. While it does seem to have its perks for the staff, I can see how confusion and congestion can become a problem in the future for this dispensary. All in all, I think that the staff is very well trained and know what they're doing, and even if I am a little indecisive, they take the time to explain which strain is better for what condition or symptom.

Well, way to many folks, long ass wait.........When I did get to the sales, I purchased a couple prerolls to test the place out. Well, I talked with the lady to see what she had to offer and we agreed upon 2 different kinds. One was supposed to be an indicia. I use this for severe headaches. Needless to say I arrived home with 2 of the same kinds and sativa. And I was taxed at 23%.

I just wanted to write an update and say that after the remodel I have had really easy and flawless shopping here. Things are relaxed with lots of space and even more bud tenders working at the same time. I really can't complain about this place, only compliment. Everything that is in their control, they do superbly well (I see complaints on here about things they can't control, like taxes, fees, and regulations). They do everything that I want a pot shop to do at a very high level. They are super responsive to questions and help educate me. This shop seems to be trying to reach for greater professionalism, which I think they are succeeding at. People who think the line is too long: don't forget the express ordering system!!

This is easily the best dispensary in Northern CA period. I’ve been to about ten other shops in the bay area and this has been without a doubt the most affordable and diverse. They even have high strength RSO! If you are a medical patient truly in need of some quality medicine at a fair price, head to Mercy. Also you’re stupid bro check the hours next time ⬇️

While the whole place is impressive, it was the assistance and expertise of Ayla that made me bother to review it. She answered so many questions, and due to her suggestions, I’ve had improvements in my sleep, headaches and pain levels, among other things. The website is cumbersome, and the glass cases are an imposing challenge to make quick sense of, but Ayla broke it down for me which I really appreciate. By far the most helpful employee I’ve met at any of these places. Give the lady a raise or at least a tip jar! Cotati is out of my way, but I’ll be back. Five stars! (English majors, I realize my review contains a run-on sentence, a sentence fragment, an unnecessary comma and at least one rhyme that Dr. Seuss would find...inelegant. Blame it on Strawberry Fields).

I recently visited Mercy yesterday as a rec in process of getting my medical status. When I walked in not only was I greeted by security but I was also greeted with the front desk rep and they were both awesome! Registration was super fast, I went inside and as a 1st timer felt overwhelmed at what to get.! The budtender was wonderful. Listened, cared and gave some great information and helped me to purchase a vape pen, cartridge and a bottle of CBD oil! I was very pleased with the service, well organized and I’m very happy with what I purchased. I will be happily returning to this spot!

It's funny reading reviews from broke illiterate morons ripping every single store for the price increase due to tax. This place is better than every place I've been to in SF. Excellent selection, they have carbon sealed cans that keep their flowers fresh for weeks. Employees don't rush you or make anything about the experience negative. There is usually a line, but literally every place has a line so that is to be expected. 10/10

My go to place and the only place I feel welcomed. The staff are always very helpful and great. I always recommend this place to my friends.
