I had to visit the store twice due to employee error. Terribly disappointing experience. I went in to their new location on 12/20/25, ordered 2 cartridges and a quarter of flower, get home, and there's no flower. I called the store and the cashier apparently dropped my back of flower behind the counter, so I had to go back and pick it up after I got home. One would expect maybe a freebie for the inconvenience they caused me? No. Nothing. Not even an apology. Just "here's your weed, now leave". It would have been nice if you gave me a reason to come back, but you only gave me a reason to never come again.
