They feel the need to ask stupid question about my ID and when was the last time I updated it? How does that question or any answer given help determine if I gave my DL and not someone else's? It doesn't!

I discovered Lucid about a month ago. I've lived in Puyallup almost 2 years and never knew it was there! As the title states, a hidden gem! Prices are outstanding and staff is awesome! I walk out with almost twice the product (and great product it is) for about half the price. ❤❤❤❤

Lucid has been my go to dispensary here in WA. Not only do they have GREAT DEALS everyday, but their rewards program is awesome too!! The employees are GREAT and overall the atmosphere is just amazing!

I have to be honest, I've slacked hardcore on writing a review in awhile and I always end up doing one for just the individual who asks, so I decided I needed to step up and give a shout out to all the staff at this location. They are doing an amazing job of keeping up with the supply and regulations even in the midst of this COVID 19 drama. I appreciate their friendliness as well as attentiveness. I have been coming to Lucid in Puyallup for quite a while now and it's the only store I frequent. The staff is the finest, friendliest and most helpful I have come across. Today Greg was my "go to guy" and he is always pleasant and upbeat. I find their prices to be reasonable and affordable.... I appreciate all of you!!!

I have been coming to this location for a few months. Always get amazing service from the staff there. There’s a guy up front usually( I think his name is Carl or Charles) that always has a funny pun or a compliment every time I come in. That’s how you welcome people into your store. Smiling before we’ve even seen the product. The selection here is varied (but sometimes short but hey that’s the business) always great prices. I also love that they let you see the stuff on the floor. This is easily my favorite place to buy weed from. Keep it up y’all.

I drive up and down River Road for work, finally stopped in on my way home. The store is very open, staff was friendly and knowledgable. There was a bit of a line, but that was okay since it is not bad like most other shops where you are waiting for 10min to be see and then wait to find out what they want , once they get to the counter. Love the card system they have, saves lots of time an frustration. Nicole was awesome, on giving the run down on the store flow and products. I will most defiantly be back. Keep up the great work, glad I finally stopped in

I rocked up was greeted by a friendly I.D checker, i was shown around the store and directed to the exact product i wanted. THEN i found out that it was happy hour or "early bird special" and my purchase was 10% OFF!!! Needless to say .... I'll be coming back

lucid is by far my favorite dispensary. the cards they have are my favorite. I can remember what I want and compare easily. staff is always pleasant and willing to help with any questions or concerns. only reason I didn't give 5 stars is their lack of variety.

everything behind glass is just not an engaging model. the prodfuct is fine and the staff are nice but not my kind of experience

I don't write reviews but this place was so unbelievable, I felt compelled. First of all, I arrive and was sitting in my truck waiting for the rain to calm and I was approached by what I'm assuming was a owner or manager and was told to go inside or leave the premises. I'll ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ that one off. I enter the store and was told to remove my hat. (Weird) but whatever. The staff needs to be trained on the product better and also trained on how to interact with customers. I held out my hand for my change, and the cashier got upset with me because I held my hand out before she could count back my change. I had no idea that she was supposed to do that. Just a very weird atmosphere, I don't think I'll be back. The prices are decent and the products are great. Just poorly managed.

I live in Puyallup it’s the closest shop near me. But I go farther for better product. Every time I went to get something a bud tender suggested I was letdown.

Seriously always something - long lines out of product and always so many staff but what are they doing??? I’d avoid if it wasn’t the only one near me.

I want to start this off with a preface, the people at this location have almost always been smiles for me, and an enjoyable experience to work with on each of my visits, but my last two visits have just put a sour taste in my mouth, and for the reasons mentioned below, once the 25% off edible sale ends at the end of this month, I will probably not be returning, whether this is due to those same associates or an issue with upper management, that is something I don't have the insight to give an answer to and will have to assume the best in people.One of my consistent go to drinks has been the Loaded sodas, specifically the cream soda variant. They are delicious, taste -just- like the soda they are emulating, and work like a champ. Best of all? Only 15 bucks for 100mg! That's not a bad price for what amounts to an ENTIRE day high, and I was more than happy to spend it. Granted their ability to keep these in stock has been so hit or miss I've now had to start calling in before I make the trip just to verify whether they are in stock or not.Went in a few days ago, during their "25% off edibles and drinkables" sale, and after discount the total was 15.75 for each. That was odd. I asked the sales associate and the response was "Yea, someone was dyslexic and was putting the price wrong". So the 15 dollar drink I had been buying for more than a month is now 21 dollars a bottle, a 40% markup. I want to start off by saying this put a bad taste in my mouth, because if you've had a price wrong for -that- long, you need to give me a better reason for the price hike otherwise you're not going to placate me with that excuse, nor any person with critical thinking skills...dyslexia just doesn't work that way, and whether the associate said that in jest or that's actually the case, it really wasn't the appropriate way to say that to a customer.I also enjoy the cornerstone edibles, but this location cannot for anything keep them in stock. They only have the more expensive CBD equivalent in stock...and honestly there's no reason to buy CBD from a dispensary, it's legal to order online and I can get it in massive quantities for pennies on the dollar.So, in conclusion, two weeks into the September sale for edibles....and I haven't been able to a single time enjoy a sale price, instead, I enjoy a 75 cent increase on the sodas I was enjoying and I'm supposed to celebrate this "sale", and the edibles I would like to purchase haven't been in stock yet. I'll continue buying the sodas while they are on sale, but sadly at the end of the month I will probably not be returning to this location. There are 7 cannabis shops in a 15 mile radius around me, and I've worked retail for too many years to believe I'm ok with that level of service and supply. I hope things get better at the location, while I have no issues driving for a better deal, I really prefer being able to get to a store, and get back home, in a ten minute period.
