So I’m from out of state (CA) and decided I had to check out a Washington state dispensary. Wanted to get a cartridge but wasn’t sure if my battery base would connect with it. Been burned b4. Anyway, pricing was better than CA and the bud tender (Aurora) relayed my concern to Jeff the manager. After purchase we went outside, he opened package and had me try it out and it worked! If it hadn’t, Jeff was willing to refund $$. Now that’s customer service 😊 if I ever find myself in the area again I definitely will visit again The folks there were friendly helpful knowledgeable and everything else that could be said positively. Got to try the Terp stick. half of one will get you lit. Blue dream Strawberry and the Pink cookies green apple were my faves. Easy in and out and attendants were friendly.

I was in your location I believe its been almost a month sorry for the delay as I did not know weed maps existed but I was helped by this young man who was very patient with all the questions I had and extremely knowledgeable of the products and their many uses. He was able to quickly help me with what would better suit me and was very polite in doing so. I asked his name and he said it was Bailey he was great help not to mention his accent was nice to listen to. I believe others could learn quite a bit about customer service from this young man.

This place is a little smaller than the LUCID in Puyallup on river road but it was just as charming and informative!
