1 gram of RSO in a syringe. RSO can be ingested in a variety of ways, but first, we recommend gently heating the syringe to get the oil moving. RSO is a very thick extract, and heating the oil makes it easier to use. Seal the syringe in a plastic baggie, and then submerge the baggie in warm water for a few minutes until you reach a workable consistency. RSO can be directly mixed into food or drinks or taken sublingually (under your tongue), however, we recommend first putting the product on an intermediary device, like a spoon, to avoid ingesting more than your desired dose
