They mainly cater to med card patients. The recreational menu is terrible. Vibes are not it. Always fed up med patients in there crying about appointments or parking.

We’ve got recreational patients parking in the medical parking, double parked too, and I know they weren’t medical because when I came back out they were still double parked in the medical parking spot, go to another RISE dispensary, I cannot recommend Eagan to anyone.

So I never thought I would feel like I was treated less than, especially in a place like a dispensary. But what I witness made me walk out without my order. Now I’m sitting here looking crazy. You need to learn to give some priority for pre orders(after medical first). I felt like y’all wanted to help the white people before me - disgusting if that was the case. The vaporizer cartridges are a lifesaver. Tangerine Vaporizer specifically has already done wonders for my intractable pain.

Really friendly staff and helpful. They give me the apt on the same day. Every one of the clinics are really helpful and super nice the medication is one of the best I’ve ever had so far💯💯💯💯

THC cartridges are often Spoiled
There's a 50/50 chance you're THC cartridges will be dark brown and completely ineffective. I cannot remember the last time I purchased an amber cart. They are either not storing them correctly, or they are buying trash oil. There's not clotting or burnt marks near the coil. The entire cart is dark brown upon opening. The dispensary is not always cooperative in swapping it for a product they can guarantee. Also, their tangerine capsules are wonky; sometimes I take "20mg" and feel overly medicated. Other times I take "60mg" just feel anything at all. This place has poorly tested products. The quality control would be laughable if marijuana weren't the only effective pain management for some people. I've had medical cards in multiple states. MN is by far the most regulated with the worst quality--and their prices are highest of all the states. I don't get it. I'd say go somewhere else, but RISE and one other dispensary have the entire market cornered in MN.

piss, poor customer service
twice now I’ve had bad service by Rise Dispensary‘s first time was I bought three packs of lozenges medicated lozenges all three of them were melted together, and they refused to take them back. Today’s event was they refused to take the debit card and when I told them, their website says you do take it they said no we don’t so they’ve lost my business. It’s garbage like this that they decide they don’t want to do something when they say they do it. This is poor customer service and people should go elsewhere.

Stuff is good, but ordering ahead has absolutely no convenience what so ever so ever. I’m in pain today and efficient is not a word Rise knows :-(
