I had put in an online order. Hours later, when it showed no update, I called to see what was up. They looked and said yeah, your order will be ready when you come in. So I went in. The strain I had ordered was out of stock. They laughed about that being why my order wasnt updating online. Couldn't have told me that when I called??! The jack derivative was the entire reason for the order. These guys suck.
