Deadhead is a hybrid strain with a 60:40 sativa/indica ratio made by crossing SFV OG and Chemdawg. Apart from having an amazing potency level, it has a classic O.G taste and a great flavor. It goes without saying it is the finest strain of its kind and will not leave you with an itchy throat and neither is it uncomfortable to inhale. However, it does taste quite dank and earthy and at times quite pungent.

The Cali Connection created its Deadhead OG from a couple of legends. It pollinated a 91 Chemdawg (aka Skunk VA), a verified cutting from Chemdawg himself, according to Zamnesia, with its SFV OG Kush F4 male to create a potent, spicy, trichome-covered plant that’s high in THC.
Deadhead OG is 60% sativa with a long flowering cycle, high yield, and heavy growth. It performs well indoors and outdoors and, according to Zamnesia, has a relaxing, sedative effect on mind and body.
Deadhead OG took second place at the High Times Cannabis Cup in 2011.
