Visited: 2/19/2023 A lot of people are complaining about prices, and while I have nothing to compare it to, I don't feel that the prices themselves are that bad. What will hurt is all of Illinois's taxes. The staff was all super friendly, good vibes. I feel they have a good selection, and I can't wait for them to have everything for sale (as right now, at least some of the accessories, were not). Overall, will be returning to try new things!

So disappointed
I am extremely disappointed as I ordered champion city chocolate 33 percent thc and the staff gave me macanna 25 percent thc I noticed when out in the car as I cant touch the product b4 checking out and they couldn't take it back and give me the correct stuff that I ordered.. so disappointing this is the 2nd time I have had this problem at kush 21 in jacksonville... I go there every at least 1 time per week spending alot of money and to not get the stuff I ordered and the thc such a big difference I might not go back there.
