I walked into Kind Care one day knowing nothing about concentrates. Zero, zilch, nada. I was very fortunate indeed then to have arrived at Issac's register. He spent a generous amount of time with me educating me on the many different forms of concentrates. Both his knowledge and form of friendly communication are superb.
