Team Elite Genetics is currently in an active legal dispute with Broadway Alliance Cultivation & Broadway Alliance, LLC and is in the process of ending our business relationship. At this time, Team Elite Genetics products originating from the Broadway Alliance facility are not being produced, harvested, trimmed, packaged, or distributed under TEG’s supervision, standards, or quality control and the flower currently beinggrown is not being handled using TEG’s proprietary living soil teas, nutrient regimens, or cultivation practices, resulting in an inferior product. In addition, these products are being sold in packaging that does not reflect the premium standards TEG is known for, including the use of folding paper boxes rather than our official rigid boxes. TEG has not approved the use of its name or branding in connection with the sale of these products. If you become aware of any dispensaries distributing these inferior products under the Team Elite name, we are asking you to please report this to us so that we can address the matter while we work through this dispute.
