Seed Junky Genetics, the Los Angeles breeders behind Wedding Cake and Ice Cream Cake, built Sherb Cream Pie by crossing their own Ice Cream Cake with Sherb BX1 -- a Sherbert line backcrossed onto itself to lock in its fruit-sorbet sweetness. Here it is paired with Jelly Factory. Sherb Cream Pie leads with sweet cream and vanilla, drifts toward lemon gelato, and keeps a darker, gassy edge underneath; its character is commonly described as a warm, happy body glow built for the evening. Jelly Factory is the other voice in the room, and running the two together is the point: compare them nose to nose and decide which one you reach for first. The two cuts are kept apart rather than blended, so neither one's terpenes bleed into the other. Two distinct moods, one purchase, and a fair comparison between them. About Rec Roots: Rec Roots was founded in 2019 in the Southern Tier as a research partner in New York State's agriculture research pilot program. It is led by a team of veterans, Black and women entrepreneurs, and people directly impacted by cannabis prohibition, who have worked together for nearly two decades. Everything is grown and processed on the company's own campus in the Southern Tier, across more than 32,000 square feet of indoor and light-deprivation space.
