In the Bay Area at the turn of the 2010s, grower Jigga and the crew that would become Cookies sorted through seedlings of Girl Scout Cookies, their OG Kush and F1 Durban Poison cross. Platinum Cookies came out sweeter and fruitier; Thin Mint GSC leaned cool and herbal, and Thin Mintz is that cut. Mint leads and lingers, cool over a sweet, vanilla-tinged dough, with earth, citrus peel and pepper underneath. It is commonly described as a quick, clear, euphoric lift that settles into relaxed calm. Mario Guzman of Sherbinskis crossed Thin Mint with his Sunset Sherbet to make Gelato, which went on to parent Runtz and Ice Cream Cake. About Bodega Boyz Paras Chhabra grew up in Queens, the son of immigrant parents, around the corner bodegas that anchor the city's neighborhoods, and he named his cannabis company after them. The product lines still talk like the deli counter: Shorties, Deuces, Loosies and Chopped Cheese. Bodega Boyz started out in Oklahoma and now sells through licensed retail partners in New York, California, Oklahoma, Michigan and Missouri.
