Visited Saturday as a first time customer. It was close to closing and Chelsea was an absolute angel. She was extremely patient with me, and helped me curate the best quality and freshest strains of flower, rosin, and pre-rolls available. It was a level of customer care I am not used to when walking into a cannabis shop, especially so close to closing. I feel like she really took her time getting to know me, helping me choose the best options for me, and just overall had great energy. When all was said and done they hooked me up with a ton of free goodies for spending a little bit of cash, and I walked out of there feeling like a bandit - but it was IE that was the bandit. They stole my business from their competitors, because if I ever visit again - this is where I will be going!
