Before the imperial connection store I was only really working with one other high quality dispensary that had what I wanted in Central Maine. Now I have a second! The owners and bud tenders are super knowledgeable and friendly people. Always a smile when you walk in. Very chill atmosphere. They have a great selection of top-tier Flower and concentrates. 1st time I love it.

this is my first time going here and I called them this morning to have them place a order to side for me just in case some of the things I wanted were gone and I got to tell you I talked with Ted this morning and I think he said he was the head bud tender. we had a good discussion about strength and making sure that the marijuana is strong enough for me to use because some people have much stronger tolerances than other people and some people have disabilities and because of their medication good weed won't be good for them they need something that is really really extraordinary better than the normal and this place is full of that I went down there tonight and going on Friday was a great thing cuz they have a Friday every Friday deal which is awesome I'm not going to say what it is I'll let you go in yourself and check it out but this storefront is incredible I love it I will be back many times to come I bought four different kinds tonight it was awesome. They truly care about there customers. I've been coming here 3 in half , maybe 4 years since u moved to Miane. My 1st store I went to. Yesterday I called to see if they had this rare cart that only they carry. They had 2 set aside for me already. That truly was some respect for a customer. I love, love, love, the budtenders here. They are so nice and helpful. The vibe is always on point. Sara helped me recently and she was so patient. I can be really indecisive and she helped me get the best strain for me, without rushing or making me feel dumb. She is on it, and always knows her stuff— I always leave with a big smile on my face and something I’m confident I’m going to love.

Imperial is my go to spot in this area. The flower selection is among the best in the state. The edibles offerings are always evolving. But the MOST important part is their PEOPLE. Since day 1 the people have me hooked. The budtenders take the time to get to know you. They don’t rush you or make you feel any type of way for asking questions. They answer my questions thoughtfully and have never steered me wrong. I tend to recommend others to Imperial, and tell them not to be afraid to ask questions, because that’s what *I* feel is important in a dispo experience. The crew is phenomenal and unmatched. Tom, Aaron, Sara, some I can’t name (so sorry!)… this entire crew is lovely. Thankful for this shop and the care they show all of their customers each day.
