I walked in because I’m gonna be moving in to the area and saw this dispensary so I thought I’d check it out. First of all, there’s a small and very dark check in window. I am deaf and I rely on reading lips, that window was not deaf friendly. Second, the girl that helped me with the long dark hair gave me attitude because I let her know I have hearing issues and that I couldn’t see her lips. She then got more upset when she asked me if I’ve been there before, I said no, and she thought I said yes so in the middle of taking my phone number I said it was my first time there I could hear the frustration and attitude in her voice. Like I was wasting her time. I suggest maybe a new employee that’s going to treat people like patients and not some cheech and Chong off the street. Find someone who will treat your patients with respect and not run them out the business. I didn’t buy anything. I just left. Whatever her problem was she shouldn’t bring it to work. Do better.

UMMMM HELLO HOOVER HOUSE!!! Being that I’m from Humboldt County, I tend to be a bit of a snob when it comes to weed. Henry, Peter and Esme are some of the best bud tenders I’ve encountered. They are knowledgeable, funny and so welcoming! Although the selection is something to work on keep in mind less than 30 days open and after spending some time talking to the crew I’m excited to see what is to come of this baby! Store is CLEAN. Walked into a clean joint, that’s a plus, don’t like dingy spots. The staff is friendly and clean cut, also like that. Most important: bud selection is awesome and they seem to run a clean cut business which I like, respect the herb and the customer.

Professional and CLEAN
Going into multiple dispensaries over the last decade, I find that many aren’t run professionally and often have a dirty feel to them. Hoover on the other hand, has professional bud tenders and you can tell they have a healthy eye on the bottom line when it comes to cleaning. I was greeted as I came in and it wasn’t weird going through security as it often is. I appreciate the selection and I know they will do well if they keep this up. Looking forward to coming back many many times.
