One of the most awkward, weird, and downright rude interactions I’ve ever had with a place that’s supposed to be chill. Apparently, it’s up to the customer to know your stores policies. I placed an order at 9:22am on Saturday. Total including tax $94. I keep waiting for it to show filled and ready to pick up. Finally at 11:30 I go. After some rude awkwardness from the manager on duty (my actual budtender was a sweetheart) I realize that I was given some sort of “early bird” special pricing. WM automatically put the discount on it so I wasn’t even aware my pricing was special. Well, “Early Bird prices end at 10am, not at almost noon.” This guy. Wowza. Rude, not to mention presumptuous AF. Says “I’ll give you the pricing this one time, but you get it, don’t you?” Actually, no, I don’t because I get cash out for the amount you say it’s gonna be. Nowhere did it say I needed to pick it up by 10am or I’d have 20% more to pay on my bill. Not to mention that the order never showed ready! ✌🏼

I went in yesterday asking what flower I can get for $20 and had the budtender only give me one option which was $10.95. I’d think that as a customer she would have tried a little harder to help me out but I didn’t feel valued so I walked out. I’ve been a few other times and never felt valued as a customer like I have at other dispensaries. The energy and vibes are always dull when I’m in there. I’m giving it 2 stars because the location is convenient but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I’m not going there anymore.
