I was extremely disappointed with my visit to this legal weed store. The service was excruciatingly slow— I waited around for quite a while to get my weed order, despite pre-ordering ahead. The clerks seemed utterly lazy, chatting among themselves and moving at a snail's pace, showing no urgency or care for customers' time. Their unfriendliness was off-putting; no greetings, curt responses, and a general vibe of indifference that made the whole experience unpleasant. If you're looking for quick, helpful service, steer clear—this place will waste your day and leave you frustrated. Avoid at all costs! 1 star, and that's generous.

Employees at these dispensaries are not knowledgeable or familiar with products. They don’t even try being helpful that being said. Also how do you sell flower with no display? Lol do you expect customers to just waste $70 dollars blindly… NY cannabis industry is still very much funny, not legit or professional, basically a joke all for money. The reason why the product is all mid.
