Looked so forward to going here. Didn't know much about it before due to lack of research. So....I hit up Weedmaps and made an order. Fast response and within an hour my phone chimed for pickup. Showed up, gave ID and they made me an account. Told me my total and BAM!!! was given my order in a nice bag. Even though I needed to change an item they were out of, they gave me a similar product. Flowers were GREAT as well as the concentrates. Big thanks snd see u again soon. Tru words spoken.

First time being at this dispensary, it was awesome!! I was able to get in right away, PJ greeted me with a smile and a warm welcome. Had me feeling at ease right away with his assurance that I could take my time, and ask as many questions as I was able to, said he was there until 10pm..it was only 3pm lol! Buds are amazing, a wide selection on gummies and cartridges, and the crème de le crème, the prices for what you get 🤯🤯 thanks again!! I will definitely be back 🙏🙏

The wait was a little long, but that was just because so many people wanted to be there. Lots of bud tenders and a very good selection for such a small location. I had the fortune of being assisted by budtender Mickayla, who was extremely pleasant and helpful throughout the entire process and made the whole experience very enjoyable. Another budtender who was on break overheard me asking about a specific product at one point and offered a personal recommendation which ended up being extremely helpful and appreciated, as well. I did not catch his name but the budtender with the long brown hair was also extremely helpful and pleasant, just like Mickayla. Overall, I was very impressed with this location in general but the staff in particular were extremely welcoming, polite and helpful, offering genuine insight and recommendations and making the whole experience enjoyable. I am very happy with my experience here and will be coming back

worst dispensary in Michigan

let me start off by saying I've been to some HORRIBLE dispensaries in the state of michigan, this one BY FAR tops that list. I drove 2 and a half hours here to get products, only to be informed that there was an hour long wait. if it were a one off kinda day that would be more acceptable, but they KNEW they've been having longer waits and it's posted nowhere. I waited the hour I was told, and still had 10 customers in front of me. there should be NO reason a person would have to wait an hour and a half to go in a dispensary, especially with how rural the area is. even dispensaries on the lower michigan border with Ohio and Illinois don't take that long. FIX YOUR BUSINESS MODEL.

Offensively long waits

Everything about the online ordering experience is infuriating. They make you wait hours and then tell you the order didn’t work and you’ll have to change it. Put in an order at 10am and didn’t get it until 2pm. Waited in store for hours so I could get my order. Would have waited longer if I hadn’t gotten in line in the store.

Nothing "express" about their pickup process

I haven't had an in-store experience yet but the curbside pickup was HORRIBLE. I placed an order online and when I received the email saying it was ready I went to pick it up. There are only 3 curbside pickup parking spots marked with signs and a number you text when you arrive. The spots were full, so I sent a text explaining the situation and I was told to get in line. I walked to the "express" pickup door and I'm at least tenth in line. The line is outside and you don't go in while you're being helped, you continue to wait outside. There were 2 employees assisting customers but the process took FOREVER. For every customer the employees had to go in and out of the building at least 3 times, which averaged about 5-10 mins per person. My "express" pickup took about 30 mins. There are SO MANY examples of curbside pickup services, I really hope they can do some research to figure out how to make this process more streamlined. Scheduling a specific pickup time would go a long way!

Service has gone downhill but prices soar

This place has gotten worse over time. They have doubled their prices in the past few months and it’s just sad to see cause this store had a lot of potential in the beginning. Guess they put so much money into the new building that they need to pass the cost off to customers to get by. Not to mention they are so understaffed you have to wait for hours to get their overpriced products no matter if you go in store or order online.
