Not much of a selection for rec

Ok lil place but their selection for rec is really limited, so there isn’t much to choose from. Hoping it’s because they just started selling rec and their selection will grow. Prices are somewhat fair could have better deals.

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the level of service I recently received from Abbey. What should have been a routine and pleasant interaction instead became an unnecessarily frustrating experience due to behavior that I found dismissive, unprofessional, and discourteous. During my interaction, Abbey’s tone and manner conveyed a lack of respect and attentiveness. Rather than addressing my concerns with basic courtesy, I felt rushed and disregarded, as though my time and patronage were of little importance. This is not the standard of service I expect, nor is it acceptable in any customer-facing role. I believe that professionalism, clear communication, and respect are fundamental expectations in any business interaction. Unfortunately, this experience fell well short of those standards. I hope this matter is taken seriously and addressed appropriately, whether through additional training, supervision, or internal review. I would appreciate acknowledgment of this complaint and information on any steps being taken to ensure that future customers are treated with the courtesy and professionalism they deserve. Worst customer service ever!! I was asking for a suggestion on a pen she seemed so bothered when I asked how much . Which btw the pen was $10 more than down the street. Then asked for a suggestion on pre rolls she looked like I was speaking Russian . Nothing worst than crappy customer service when you work at the bud store, aka happiest place on earth. I then went to another dispensary and told them and 2 patients in there lobby said they also were one and done here! Do better! If you hate your job get a new one!

I’ve been in a handful of times. I don’t normally write reviews but I will if I feel like it’s worthy. First, I will say customer service is huge to me and I have only found one other place that has wowed me every time. Phil is awesome, he is very friendly makes you feel like you have been friends for years. I have never caught any other of my bud tenders that have helped me but every one has been fantastic. If I wasn’t signed over at my current place I would sign up here. I have yet to try the flower because I haven’t been able to but every concentrate has been 🔥🔥🔥. I posit the above review and then they had a new vape pen line drop. It is a become lifestyle pen. First the taste was amazing. Nice smooth hit and the high was amazing. Very relaxing and very mellow. I used it while I was doing house work and I found the perfect pen to smoke on and still get things accomplished. Thanks to Phil for the recommendation you are the man.
