New to the area and couldn’t be happier that High Profile is here. Everything I’ve gotten from here has been great quality and their customer service has been excellent. I ordered curbside and what I ordered was out of stock. They sent me a chat to let me know, I selected another option that I was a little bit more expensive but it was no big deal. A few minutes later I got a call from the shop telling me they had a more potent strain that they were marking down and asked if I wanted to update my order. What more could you ask for? The suggestion was awesome, the best weed I’ve had in a long time.

my experience at this business was very nice the budtender that helped me out was very polite and knew what they were talking about it was very easy to find out what I was looking for and this hardcore OG in the stiiizy pods is insane nothing else is compared to it my eyes get very heavy it's very euphoric and I was still able to do my job at work if you're looking for a hard hitter in the stiiizy pods I recommend some hardcore OG and as for high-profile I will definitely be going there again they're very polite and I recommend that you go there too

Great service, flower, and prices. So many clueless budtenders floating around, having a budtender who knows her stuff and is friendly and patient is a real breath of fresh air. I’ve found my spot! Also, although there are often several folks waiting to get in, it moves very fast. There were 8 people ahead of me and I waited less than 10 minutes. Very very worth that short wait.

Inconsistent Hours! Call before visiting.

This is the second time I visited the 44th St. location and the door was locked before closing time. If they are going to advertise 9pm, a customer should be able to walk in at 8:35 or 8:45; instead, the employees simply ignore any customers standing at the locked door. So rude! Their products are decent but no different than any other dispensary that advertises CORRECT hours.

Innacurate pricing

Weedmaps has incorrectly advertised 30% off. Drove there and was told by staff there’s nothing they can do. Double check promotions. Second time Weedmaps has made me waste time and money.

Does not care about med patients

I waited FOREVER here. The line was out the door. I checked in as a med patient and asked if there were any other med patients waiting ahead of me. I was assured I was the only med patient waiting, yet ALL the rec. customers were called back first.

Questionable business practices at work

I was sold a 5g jar of Pyramid gg4 budder that is contaminated with an adulterant. It causes my lips and mouth to burn after I take a hit and it stays for over half an hour. That's nothing compared to the intense nausea that follows a gag reflex inducing hit that sticks around for a couple hours. The container smells rancid and tastes foul. I reported these issues and concerns of a possible contaminate in the product to the manager on duty last night. She was rude, condescending, did not take the issue seriously, and insulted me by offering a discount on my next purchase rather than escalating the issue to the appropriate management. I emailed the store manager a detailed email explaining the situation and I received no response. Mistakes happen. How those mistakes are addressed is what matters. I'm disappointed in how high profile chooses to do business and I will never patronize their dispensary again.

Get rid of your rude unprofessional manager

I was really turned off by this place due to the incredibly rude manager. She looked annoyed to have to help me and was very short with me to the point I just felt uncomfortable. I planned to spend a few hundred dollars to stock up with my holiday bonus but I walked out spending $20 instead and took the rest of my business elsewhere. I do not recommend and I will never go back.

First when the budtendwr brought my order out and the price didn't not make sense what do ever. It told me $84 as my total with a 15% of discount and the price they tried to chard me was $99. The $84 was crossed out and 99 was written in. I explained several times why I was confused but she kept saying it's right like she wasn't understanding what I was even trying to say she just kept dismissing me until she finally understood the 8th time I explained why that price doesn't make any sense. Then I got my change and receipt. I have them 5 $20's which a $100. Sure enough the receipt says I only gave them $90. I went back in to let them know I'm missing $10 and that the receipt says I have them $90 but I know for a fact I only took $100 out of my bank.... so the manager gave me a look and then said "alright im going to go count that drawer down." I completely understand that. I do not understand the attitude and the reason I waited 30 minutes to get my change that they miss took. Just an
