So I really do not complain on reviews working retail I know how important it is to treat the customers. I also did not leave one after the first time because also I take in to consideration that people all go through hard times we do not know of. The bud tenders are always on point and fabulous with customer service however the gal with multi colored hair not so much she seems very annoyed and wants to tell us where to go and stand and wait as if we were children. I could see if we was in a large group however it was just my sister and I. My sister even complemented her hair when she was scanning I.D. , she said nothing. No smile no hello as we walked in . The main person to represent company has completely failed. And I can only hope this is kindly brought to her attention. Gas prices are high roadtripping is fun and we drop alot of money. The interaction is huge. I think this would be a fun job for myself I cant imagine looking mad and talking to paying customers as she did.

I wanted to give major kudos to the staff and the quality of the bud. First experience at this location and I am extremely impressed by the awesome customer service from the receptionist to even the security guard Robert. Kyla, my budtender was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. She took great care explaining the products and be very patient while I was overwhelmed by the many awesome choices of bud. I am very happy with all the choices I made even the GMO that Kyla suggested, it put me down and I didn't get back up lol. Lucky Charms and Black Cherry Gelato was also my top choices as well. I must implore if you are in the area, stop by and give them a try, you won't regret it. Thank you again Kyla for all your help and your an awesome budtender!!!.
