I always feel like I'm going to an upscale dispensary. I frequently ask myself if I'm shopping for a Pandora bracelet or am I buying recreational pot. From the interior design, layout, the chalkboard sign with specials on the porch and the binder for the menu I'm lulled into the Anthropologie'esque experience of soft lighting, relaxing vibes and something new around the corner.
Their quality is great and I never feel rushed.

why is weed legal if we pay double now ? its just in the hands of new cartels now. rich folks. brown dry weed . drive to portland. spend the time for half the price.
I live in Portland, and usually go to dispensaries around here. Recently my OMMP card expired so I ventured into Vancouver to HEMP. Everyone is very friendly and their selection is good. Obviously I am not used to the pricing as an OMMP patient, but in comparison to other shops in WA, they seem very fair. Their atmosphere is nice and welcoming, and the workers are very personable. Highly recommended!

The prices on *some* products are generally pretty good (better prices can often be found elsewhere), but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired.
I stopped by High End this afternoon to pick up some bud after checking their online menu. There were five people at the weed counter sniffing samples, looking at menus, chatting with friends about what to buy, asking occasional questions of the two salesgirls behind the counter. I took a quick look at the menu and didn’t see anything else I wanted, so I headed straight to the register, where I waited.
Eventually, the blond salesperson approached me, and one of the customers she’d been chatting with at the counter lined up behind me at the register. The salesgirl scrupulously ignored me and rang up this other customer’s sale - actually reaching *around* me to hand him his purchase. She then turned her back on me and went back to the weed counter to chat with someone else. So I waited.
And waited some more.
After another three or four minutes, the blond salesgirl led another customer to the register, where she proceeded, yet again, to actively ignore me and reach around me to make a sale to the person behind me. When she was done with that customer and started to walk away from me AGAIN, I asked, “Could you please ring me up? I already know what I want and I’m ready to go.”
“I’m sorry,” she says; “These other people came in before you.”
With that, she turned away from me a third time and went to chat with a couple that wanted to share how they were about to go on vacation and they needed products they could travel with, and how long does it take for edibles to take effect, and do you think oils would be better, and so on and so on.
Eventually, the couple decided what they wanted to bring along on their vacation, and the blond salesgirl ONCE AGAIN finished that sale by reaching around me.
By this time, the store was empty – I was literally the only customer (STILL) waiting – at which point the young blond lady behind the counter (the dark-haired girl never paid any attention to me at all) finally managed to spare 20 seconds to ring up my sale.
Really? This is how you do business?

The staff was too busy talking to each other to help me. I eventually got some help but the worker seemed aloof. They didn't seem that interested in me being there....not how I run my business and not how I expect to get treated as a customer.

Poor quality cartridges, do not buy
