I visited this dispensary to pick up an online order. When I arrived, there was a long line, so I politely let the staff member know I had a pickup order. She responded with noticeable attitude and said they would call names when ready. I said “ok chill chill , no problem, just wanted to let you know,” and stayed in line. When I was attended by the manager (or owner), he told me he would “just ask that I respect his staff.” I was surprised because I had been respectful the entire time. I simply asked whether my order was ready — nothing more. I’ve been a regular customer at this store until today. As a loyal customer, I expect basic courtesy and professionalism. There was no need to frame a simple question as disrespect. I’m leaving this review in hopes they reflect on how they communicate with customers.
