I come in here once in a while and every time the wait is over 10 minutes. Makes no sense. What are they doing back there? And today they forgot my order even though I put in their iPad. Don’t go here. There are plenty of other places around midtown that are better customer service and don’t make you wait forever!

This place has a lot of great selections but the time it takes from when I place my order to when I get it has been as long as 10 minutes some time. This is the only dispensary I’ve ever been to in my life where it takes over a minute to get my order. I’m not sure if it’s the people, the system or what, but something has to change.
