They never have the order ready if it comes from weed maps, but when I tell you they won’t take long at the store anyway, I mean it, they are so quick I forget, and their service is very good as well.

Pick up orders

I like the convenience of this place but lately when I place my order early in the day I will get an alert that my order is ready for pick up but when I get there it’s not picked or packed and then they don’t have what I wanted when I placed the order hours before picking it up. Peoples remedy would be perfect if they fix that hiccup.

Real ID

After placing an order they call to let me know they cannot process due to my Drivers License not being the new REAL ID. They should state that this is a NEW requirement and not waste the time of loyal members. My ID is valid and still current this policy is ridiculous and unwarranted. VALID forms of ID should be acceptable regardless. Unless it is expired. SMH caution guys.
