Don’t care about loyal customer buying broken vape

Terrible customer service. I purchase from the regularly at least once a week, and I had a vape that literally crumbled in my jacket pocket next to my AirPods within 24 hours (the first time I tried the firebrand brand vs the vapen) and they refuse to do anything about it. I’ve been using vape cartridges for almost 10 years so I’m not stupid, I know how to use and not break a vape, and they’re saying it’s my fault. 10/10 do not recommend but unfortunately they know they’re the only dispensary in the area. I’ve been around for the marijuana legalization in Colorado and Nevada, my disaster is manager of a dispensary in Las Vegas, and I’ve never been treated so poorly. They offered “swag” in return for a broken vape lol. So disappointing. Will DEFINITELY be making the trip to Columbus from now on.
