If you want dank nugs for affordable, great prices and customer service that’s not sketch, this is the place! Even the security is chill Daniel helped me out as soon as I walked through the door told me about all the deals I could’ve got through the app in which product was the best for my needs. I cashed out with Eric, who is also extremely pleasant and helpful. He also told me about the deals that I could take advantage of. Both of those guys were amazing. They made my shopping experience fantastic. I’ll be back soon!

I was surprised they had no first time patient deals. There’s plenty of discounts in general, but usually on product where the prices are are already inflated. I was intending to get more but when I realized I couldn’t get those no discount I had to put some stuff back, but I got a good price on what I did get.

They have good deals but they always have defective plugplay carts. A lot of the packaging comes looking sketch too. I’m tired of having to go back to try another cart after the one i got doesn’t work.

I really hate leaving bad reviews, having said that, I’ve been there twice, first experience was great with Ashlee, very helpful and serviceable how do you expect people at dispensaries to be. So I decided to go back and get some more jeeters given it’s the only thing that works for me. I went it got my pre rolls and went to stand in line to check out and as soon as I did the girl that eventually checked me out started giving me attitude, that I was in the wrong place (there was a girl in the checkout little stand picking stuff so I tried to stay out of her way). Eventually she called me, and right away got mad and told me that if I wanted any deal I needed the app (which I didn’t have because the day before Ashlee never even mentioned it to get my deals so I didn’t know about it) so I downloaded while people were waiting for me to check out. I wish I knew the name of the girl so I can tell people to avoid her, but she purposely didn’t send me the text to review her like Ashlee did.

Been a loyal customer and spent around $500, but I can’t access any of my reward points because of an error on their end. Store associate stated many times and implied that I was wrong, that I had spent it a different location. Had to show over 10 plus orders I had paid for at the Hawthorne South Bay location. And I still didn’t get to access my points or rewards and was told to contact (someone) until I asked who exactly and was told the general manager? Pretty lame way to handle a loyal customer in my opinion.
