Cannot say enough good about the management here. From overall politeness to customer service, Darren made me feel valued as a customer even though it was just my second visit and made sure I went home happy. Parking is atrocious. Their terminal doesn't work half the time. Order was canceled without a call or message because they were out of what I ordered. I've had three pretty okay experiences but today was just a waste of time. No point in putting 'cashless' and 'debit' options if the option is just a debit card.

Service and shop were nice, but extremely scammy and unfair to advertise first time purchase to be 25% off and not include the fact that MULTIPLE popular brands are off limits for this sale. Drove 35 minutes thinking I was getting a deal on a 710 Labs pen, but ended up paying full price.

They do not honor FTP on Coldfire carts. Don’t come here. They say they have lowest prices in the Valley, which is a lie, the CF was $52 OTD, go to Catalyst instead, it’s $41 OTD. Straight trippin, never coming back to this weak spot.

Hounding. $40 for a Raw Garden cart, meanwhile the box outright says $30 in the barcode itself. Came on 420 and there were no signs anything was 30% off, and so this $40 suddenly became $29 off. 420, I’d say it’s okay-ish. But I will not buy from here again with how much they mark things up and hide the original price.

I will definitely be back! I regularly go to the shop up the street, but no longer will be! I just found my new spot! Laura are bud tender was super friendly, open and honest. First time patient deals as well! So worth it! I also love that they display prices with taxes!
