After having an unpleasant experience with one of the employees earlier this morning I am pleased to say that management contacted immediately to correct the situation. This is some of the best customer service I've seen come from any management, beside my own general manager. This company has done everything they could to make up for my experience this morning. I have a lot of respect for the way they handle their business and I will give Greenway another shot.
WORST EXPERIENCE WITH ANY POT SHOP!!!!!
I went into Greenway last night 7 minutes before they closed to get a disposable wax cartridge, the lady who helped me was extremely friendly and while giving me the receipt told me if it was to leak or wasn't hitting correctly that I could bring it back and return it. It was the "Bare naked concentrates" (pomegranate/blueberry) flavor for $39.99 for .5 gram. It was my Friday night and I just closed the restaurant I just wanted to go home and relax. I get home and when I went to hit it I realized it tasted like burnt plastic/cotton. So first thing this morning I take it back to Greenway and explain that it isn't hitting correctly. When I walked in there was only one gentleman behind the counter who had long hair past his shoulders and was wearing a hat helping a lady with a purchase. When it was my turn I explained to him what was going on with the cartridge. I gave him the receipt, the box and the cartridge he said "We'll have to do our little test to see if it works." He stepped into the back and when he returned he stated that it tasted "Wicky" and that it wasn't hitting correctly. Another gentleman with short dark hair stepped out of the office and came over to look at the wax cartridges. I asked if I could do the Concord grape flavor instead since it was the same brand and I've personally bought the grape multiple times and never had an issue. The gentlemen said they couldn't do that because it had to be exchanged for the same flavor which is completely understandable. However they happened to be out of the pomegranate/ blueberry so he ended up letting me have the grape in exchange. Which I appreciated, I asked for the receipt back and they said they couldn't do a return on a return, so I said thank you and went on my way. But the moment I got out to my car I immediately tried the new cartridge on a different battery thinking that may have been the issue and again same issue. Now I know what are the odds of 2 in a row tasting awful with burnt wicks. But the Concord grape is one that I have bought multiple times and I know it is not suppose to taste like that. This cartridge had the same issue as the first one that I just bought the night before. I instantly turned around and drove right back to show him that this was having the same issue. When I came back and showed it to the gentleman with the long hair the other gentleman who was working with the short dark hair went right back into the office. I asked the one who has originally been helping me with everything nicely to try the new one as it was having the same issue, he went into the back and said it was fine and that they couldn't do anything about it. I asked if I could get my money back, pay the price difference for a different brand, he said no. I asked if there was anything he could do for me to help me out so that I didn't waste $39.99 on something that I can't smoke. I tried to explain to him that I've smoke multiple brands and flavors of the cartridges and that the grape has never tasted like that before. Again he said there was nothing he could do, I asked to talk to a manager and with a bad attitude he told me he was the manager. I asked "So I just wasted $40 here and there's nothing you can do about it?" He continued to tell me I was hitting it wrong and I must have been sucking on it to hard, had another excuse of it was to cold outside and that's why it wouldn't hit correctly. Once again I tried to explain that I've been using the cartridges for some time and have never had this issue. He didn't seem to care what I had to say we wasn't going to help me at this point and the more I tried to comprise the more he was set on the word no. The moment I got home I had my boyfriend try it since the grape is his favorite he even stated that it is unsmokable and that it tastes nothing like it should. I work hard for my money and when the "manager" basically says you're sh*t out of luck it can be quite frustrating. As a manager myself I was blown away with the attitude that I got from this gentleman and that he wasn't willing to do a thing to make it right. I have been into green way multiple times but after being treated this way I will be sure not to return. Now I have to go spend yet another $40 at another store for the same product since the cartridge I purchased from Greenway is brand new and you can't even smoke it. Just highly disappointed in my experience with this shop, after looking at the reviews this is not the first time they have lost customers because of the attitude and arrogance of the employees.

I am fairly new to this legalized process but know a thing or two from growing up in the 70's about pot.
I went here and bought a number of items, took them to the counter to pay for them, as the girl was ringing up my sale I noticed that one of the products had a sale date of Dec. 2015, that is over a year and a half ago!!! I pointed it out to the girl and she said "sorry, nothing we can do, you bought it!"
Ask for a manager and he told me the same thing! Wanted to know why they would sell weed that old, he said it was fine since it was sealed!! Really??? Any of you buying that b.s.?
Of course when I got home the bus turned to powder and was absolutely useless!
Also learned from a friend in the business that the store absolutely could have taken back this product for an exchange but they chose not too!
Beware if you choose to shop here! Don't say you haven't been warned!

The prices here are fairly good for the area. I was able to get a box of Goodship cookies for like 10 bucks less than the already-discounted single-cookie price (which was the cheapest I've seen in Kitsap on its own). The two drawbacks I saw were that 1. it's a small and new store, so they only have a few of each item in stock at any given time and 2. while they do have the Kitsap-standard $10 grams, most of their other flower is pretty pricey. Still, nice place to visit, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and if you're a member, you get 25% off your order after spending roughly $175 (5 visits where you buy $35 or more).
GWM sets the tone for low pricing. Great location right off HWY 16. daily 420 happy hr. Marijuana customer loyalty program.
luvin the laws of washington state i gotta admit lol the variety, quality, staff and prices are very much the reasons i think i may have enjoyed ur shop most in my local weed shop tours

These guys have only been around a couple months. Lowest prices I've seen in Kitsap, quality strains all around. Could use a few more concentrates, but I was told they're on the way. Super nice staff, they suggested a few options. I went with a gram of the girl scout cookie "roll and smoke", which was a sick deal for 13 dollars. I'll definitely be coming back!
