Great First Impression

Showed up around 3 on Sunday afternoon. Check in was super quick, no line. Security looked tight, but everyone had a smile on, so that was pleasant. They had limited stock, which was to be expected, but the quality is great. Information was clear and concise. Had a nice little chat with staff placing the order. Transaction was painless. In and out in less than 30 mins. The waiting area was well furnished and very nice looking. Was told their online menu will be updated when they have more in stock for rec, so looking forward to that. Can't wail til next visit. EDIT: Been here 4 times since first review and impression has not changed whatsoever. Menu has been growing consistently. Last visit was around 5pm on a friday and had to wait to get in for maybe 10 minutes or so. Still got in and on my way within a half hour. Staff was great as always.

This place hires the most helpful and friendly workers. I feel safe as well as comfortable with all the safeguards in place. I have never had to wait for more than 15 minutes to get to the inside waiting area. I order ahead so there’s no mixup. I love this place. Thanks for being so efficient!!

Great service, friendly staff

After traveling to another dispensary who did not disclose that their hours for Monday and Tuesday are only for medical patients until I arrived and could not get thru. After I looked up other dispensaries, I found & drove 1.5 hours to Greenhouse! It was definitely worth the drive as it was a very quick and timely visit! I was waited on within 5 mins and my order was ready 5 mins after that. The front room staff as well as the cashiers were attentive, knowledgeable, and extremely friendly. I felt very comfortable in the waiting room as there was furniture to relax, as well as tablets to browse through the menu while you wait for a staff member to come to you. While the prices are a little steep, I realize it’s still one of few dispensaries who have rec cannabis, and it’s still pretty new. I find the IL taxes are more outrageous than the actual product. Will definitely be coming here again, just wish it was a little closer to me! Plus the place doesn’t look sketchy like others can/do.
