Was at Greenhand this morning, great place w great people who understand what customer service is. Other shops heard u thru the "cattle stantions ", and u still wait in line w 2 other guys while one guy hekps one woman. Not at Greenhand. Knowledgeable staff who actually know what they are sayin. Good prices too.

Been going to greenhand 4 a bit now and everytime i walk in im greeted with a hello and how u doing. they also try to have aome of the best flower n what have u for the best price i have found. Josh always a good peep with good people working for him. keep up the great work.

Very Chill, Very Friendly, Great Selection
One of the things we loved about this place was the cozy feel on the outside, but the amazing selection when you walk in. Our budtender was so nice, very chill, and was very informative. You'll love this place as a quaint dispensary that meets all your needs. Thanks for the great experience guys!

good products but
I went in yesterday a bit after 6 p.m and took out 60 bucks from the atm. i got a cartridge and a preroll which was 50 bucks. I gave the budtender 60 and she handed me back my change. I tipped and left. when I got to my next destination I saw that she gave me back 5 bucks instead of 10.... my bad for not counting it but still a bit shitty. Other than that the prices are great and the products are good too! a cartridge for 45 is awesome! just wish I wasn't out 5 bucks or at least had gotten some product for that lol.

horrible quailty and horribly underweight I bought a gram of oil it was nothing but snot and .3 short.... also bought 4 joints and the things didn't even fill half the raw papers!!!! don't ever waste your money here.... staff are liars too.... it was my first time in and it'll be my last time too!!!!

New year same attitude
Visited greenhand Spokane today with a friend in need of weed. Well first impressions was that three of their display cases were empty...new year problem; I understand that un bought inventory will have to be paid for by the shop. This was no excuse for the way this person talked to me. I ASKED why she thought an eastern washington farm sent majority of their product to seattle before their own city of Spokane. She immediatly started saying"you must be from Seattle" and asked"Are you going to cry. " save your money for a more deserving retail. Sincerly So Cal
They turned me away at the door
Apparently a vertical ID won’t do here, if you were issued an ID before your 21st, consider going elsewhere or buy a new ID. They never even checked to see if it was legitimate, I was turned away by the doorman immediately once they say my vertical ID. I would’ve appreciated it if they at least scanned my ID, but that was too big of an issue for the guy at the door.
