We came and told the guy at the door it was our first time he seemed annoyed and just said go in there. We went in and went up to the counter and said we had just got our card and didn't know what to do. The guy at the counter directed us to the tablet said use the medical side choose what you want then you come up to the counter and pay for it. A half hour later we find out that we can't purchase because we didn't have a consultation. It might of been nice if someone had asked us, there was a sign or made clear on the website somewhere stating we needed a consultation and it wasn't optional. I found the atmosphere cold and uncomfortable and the staff barely cared if we needed help. Now I have to wait a week for a consultation. It's very difficult for me to get rides because I am not able to drive and I have other challenges as well. So thanks for making my first experience so stressful it really gives me incentive to want to come back.
