I stopped in right after I was approved just to see what the store was like. The staff was very great and knowledgeable. Can’t wait to make my first purchase and love that they are only 10 mins away from me.

Lack of products

Compared to any other dispensery this looks more like a hemp shop you’d see on the corner downtown Why you may ask? Over priced meds that lack true potency, 24mg black tablets are nothing compared to 100mg tablets in other legal states such as California or Colorado. Only giving patients distillite in the form of carts or syringes is ridiculous, why not give us live resin or sauce or hash rosin ? If distillite is allowed then all these other forms are allowed WYLD cbd eddibles, but not having thc when WYLD offers thc eddibles is a joke. We patients need thc eddibles And flower, we need Prerolls and top shelf buds ! The Governor signed the bill so let’s get this ball rolling

If your medication is important to your quality of life, avoid this place. One of two things is going on here. Either, complete incompetence and sloppy record keeping OR they just bump people from the daily list for sketchy reasons when they start to run low on inventory. I was called when on my way there to pick-up and advised I was a "new customer" and needed a consultation. My 30 minute virtual consultation was performed three weeks earlier by one of their pharmacists who had all of my medical record in hand. But all of a sudden, an hour before pick-up, I was told I never had one. No pick-up. Either way, when it comes down to it, this place does not care a bunch about you. Review left after request for clarification (call and email) of this error was ignored for a working week by GG.

Will rip you off

The staff will rip you off at ever corner. I've had about 5 ordered this year have issues where either a staff member is calling me after an transaction they screwed up demanding me come back or them refusing to apply the online promotions they are running during the ordering process. The staff doesn't appear to understand the computer systems and most of the employees are unable to understand simple issues like promotions not being applied from ordering at checkout. I've had flower consistently be short a half gram on freshly harvested product, not the biggest deal but compounded by false advertisements it gets pretty reprehensible. It's really disappointing that the staff at the blaine location is inept at customer retention.
