Placed an online order at 8:30pm one evening with a note in the special instructions that I would be picking up in the morning. I was told online orders are held for 24 hrs. I arrived at the dispensary around 11am the next morning just to be told my order was sold to someone else and they were now out of the product. No call, no email, no text letting me know. Bad business imo. I drive from out of town to get my items, this was pretty disappointing and not the first time unfortunately. Just glad I have options in this town.

Most professional staff ever!
I’m so super happy with Genesis and I’ve been a loyal customer to there since day one! That’s bc of how i get treated the minute I walk thru the door! There’s always someone with a smile on their face at the window & I can never have a bad day once showing up there! I also have found that Genesis leaves me feeling like the real patient that I am and not just a retail customer like some of the other dispensaries that I’ve been to. Their app super knowledgeable about the strains they carry & I appreciate that they have tracked which strains my body responds best to and which ones weren’t for me! It’s difficult to remember when you try so many but that’s where Genesis saved me & they started saving them for me!! Super cool!! And super personal service! I’m so proud of everyone there bc the building, the products, the staff are just blowing up & I love being a part of it!!!

I just got my medical card and Genesis was my first dispensary I hit up in Sioux Falls… great overall experience! The flavor was incredible. Staff was awesome and knowledgeable. Will definitely be back!

I’ve been to this location and the one in Mitchell, both are great. This location has an awesome set up on the inside and friendly staff, same can be said about Mitchell. Hash Burger sugar was an excellent choice of concentrate!

Budtender used my clogged cartridge
Their policy of exchanges of malfunctioning carts is crap. Bought 8, tried all, 1 wouldn't pull, it's new so I'm not gonna try that hard because how much worse it would be later on to pull being clogged. I turned around and drove 30 minutes back to them only to have the budtender ask if he could see if it's clogged. Never in a million years did I think that ment for his personal use. He put it on his personal battery and pulled two different times behind the counter. And told me I could only exchange if I bought another cart. The irony is I came into buy other products, but their treatment and behavior made it clear I will never purchase from again. Just go to Colorado or Missouri, to hell with this state and they ditch weed.

false advertising
sat on 4/29 and said they still had deals going until 5/5, and they changed that without notice at the end of day 4/29. at that point, don't trust any deal you see from them. clearly, they can't advertise properly if they knew their stock was low, Why push a date out a week plus and know you will run out sooner. that's sad to have to leave this review about them because the quality of flower is good, but that is a major issue for advertising and can and will cause alot of issues for this business.
