They do NOT value their online deals/prices. Not only did I not get their $29 plug play deal, but also I did not receive a gift or discount for being a FTP. Sketchy shop, sketchy people, and fake online advertising. Wouldn’t touch this place with a six-foot pole…Never again.

However, I really want to shout out Jeremy, my bud tender. He went above and beyond to make the situation better, and his kindness and customer service truly stood out. Jeremy turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a positive one, and that speaks volumes. Jeremy went above and beyond—he personally replaced the joint for me and even took the time to show me how to avoid the problem in the future. Jeremy, who is bald, tatted, and dangerously handsome, greeted me with a smile that could melt glass. He's not just easy on the eyes; he’s extremely knowledgeable and genuinely helpful. He walked me through all my options, asked the right questions, and made sure I left with exactly what I needed. The level of care and attention was top-notch. I came in for medicine and somehow also caught a case of "please ruin my life in the best way possible." He's a true expert, and his recommendations are absolutely fire. 10/10 experience. Great product, amazing service, and a budtender who could start a cult. I’ll be back for more flower... and another look at Jeremy.
