I put a drop of this on top of my CBG tablet. The CBG/CBD work wonders and helps me manage my moods/anxiety. Only major drawback for this syringe is that if you don't have something to squeeze it onto; you'll probably use your finger. This stiff is pretty dang sticky so I don't recommend that. lol
