Chamomile CBD Tea Latte – Peaceful Sleep 'Recipe Idea'
In a sauce pan heat ¾ cup water and ¾ cup milk of your choice eg. Almond milk.
Add 1 teaspoon of Chamomile flowers (loose or in a tea-strainer)
¼ teaspoon cinnamon and honey to taste
Simmer gently for 1 minute, strain and enjoy!
