Why? It’s simple: Ice is filthy because ice machines are a breeding ground for bacteria. Instead, we use our state-of-the-art water chilling system with a triple filter reverse osmosis system. This gives us quite literally the purest, freshest water possible at the perfect temperature. Any WOJO product that requires water at any step of its process uses this pristine water.
