This was my first time here. The person at reception was lovely and helpful. Once inside, I had Kia helping me navigate the large store. She was knowledgeable about the products, offered recommendations from my questions and told me about their specials and coffee bar. Check-out was fast and easy. I will be returning here for all my cannabis needs!

Erba sawtelle stands its ground amongst other competitors, the atmosphere is unique and relaxing. The bud tenders greet you with a smile:) The diversity is phenomenal. You can never get tired of their menu. From flowers to tinctures they have it all. Thank you erba sawtelle staff for making my experience 10/10 everytime.

I just want to say my experience with the mixed girl at the counter was amazing! she had such good vibes from the start super friendly warm and easy to talk to. I was honestly a little nervous to speak up about this item I received since I’ve had some weird service from a few of the managers here before. the item wasn’t defective just way too strong for me.. even after explaining that I was a light weight to my previous budtender.. but she immediately made me feel comfortable and genuinely listened to my concerns didn’t make me feel rushed or like I was bothering anyone which I really appreciated. She handled everything with kindness and made the whole situation so much easier. They switched out my item and got me something that I am enjoying a lot better.

Had an issue with a product and they exchanged it no questions asked. The staff there are awesome. At first I thought it was out of my price range because its a very high end looking place. But was pleased surprised!

I’ve been shopping at dispensaries around La my whole life and never seen prices so cheap! Even the same product at a shop down the street! Store is huge and beautiful, they give you free coffee and have private restrooms! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, I’m never going to another shop again!!
