This dispensary is hands down one of the best in LA—it literally feels like walking into an Apple Store. Complimentary coffee with purchase, super easy parking, and Val at checkout was amazing—friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience smooth and welcoming!!

This is absolutely one of the worst shops. I've ever been to in my life. They are rude disrespectful and have no common courtesy. If you're looking to spend your money, I would refrain from going there the security guard got aggressive.. I literally drove almost an hour to find this place!! Worst experience at a medical shop in recent time

Update: The staff what are the actual bud tenders are nice. The security guards are not so nice. I even got there before they were closing after rescuing a pitbull over the holiday and really just needed to smoke. I’m in a ton of pain and even though it was before 10 and I knew what I wanted, they would not let me in. They kept on referring to weed maps and not treating me like I’ve been in there several times. Very rude and very, not the holiday vibes. They probably just lost me as a customer altogether now. I have now a video of how incredibly rude their security guard is not just denying access but then accusing me of trespassing. After trying to go be a customer there as a regular! Not chill vibes. Not good service!! Last Visit Before: Their parking lot is very hectic. The customer was impatiently trying to back out and almost hit me - after finally getting my car, parked and explaining my security concerns, the owner actually almost slide swiped my car! Worthless

Greeted me right away and informed me of everything they had in stock for what I was looking at. Super helpful chill nice person and overall a great (and now my favorite) budtender at ERBA. Make sure they’re always treated well!
